    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    Yes – the product you receive will closely match the one pictured. Since all Burudani items are handmade by skilled African artisans, slight variations in color, shape, or detailing are natural and part of their unique charm.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    Your sales receipt is automatically emailed to you after completing your order. You can also find a copy in your Burudani account under Orders, if you registered during checkout.

    How can I return an item?

    To return a handcrafted Burudani item, please email us at info@burudani.uk with your order details. Returns are accepted within 15 days for unused items in original packaging. Return fees apply based on courier rates.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Each Burudani product – whether a gourd, mahogany carving, woven basket, or pottery piece – is handcrafted and truly one-of-a-kind. While we may restock similar designs, exact replicas are rare. Follow us or check back regularly to discover new artisan creations.

    Where can I ship my order?

    We currently ship to all regions within England. If you’re outside England and interested in our handcrafted African accessories, please contact us – we’ll do our best to assist.
